Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using that link anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international options. Stay tuned!

Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be customized with names, dates, logos, or phrases. Options are listed on each product page — but if you have a special request, email us at thektdcollection@gmail.com and we’ll chat!
Will I see a proof before my item is made?
Proofs are sent for certain custom or large orders. If your design requires approval, we’ll contact you before production. Otherwise, we use your submitted info exactly as entered — so double-check spelling!
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, commercial-grade materials — like stainless steel tumblers, real marble, hardwoods, acrylic, and premium leather. Each product listing includes material details.
What’s the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?
Laser engraving removes the top layer of material for a permanent etched finish, while UV printing adds vibrant, full-color designs directly onto the surface. Both are durable and beautiful!

Can I send an item as a gift?
Definitely! We don’t include pricing in the package, and you can leave a gift note at checkout. Many items come in gift-ready packaging too.
Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing?

What’s your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on personalized items unless there’s a defect or error. If there’s an issue, email us within 7 days at thektdcollection@gmail.com — we’re here to help!
