Because most of our pieces are personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If something isn't right, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thektdcollection.com and we'll help.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
